Pasteurization System
Pasteurization is the first step in our product development. Pasteurization means heating every particle of the product to a specific temperature for a specified period of time.
Homogenization System
Simply Tropical products are homogenized to improve product properties such as color, consistency, taste, creaming stability, creaminess and mouthfeel.
CIP System
CIP refers to the use of a mix of various chemicals, heat and cold water to clean equipment’s, valves, machinery, vessels and pipe work without dismantling or disassembling the plant.
Packaging System
Simply Tropical automated packaging equipment incorporate state-of-the-art engineering you won’t find anywhere else—engineering that keeps us running. Our product is fed direct from the processing line to the hopper where the load cell determines the weight and the plc adjust the auger or gate accordingly.
